About e-ran
E-ran is a Super App initiated by a Filipino company with the aim of supporting small to medium-sized business enterprises in enhancing their profitability by expanding their market reach.
A mobile application that integrates various services and features into a single platform, offering a wide range of functionalities to its users. While doing so E-ran also provides various opportunities for users, riders, merchants, service providers, and marketers to make good earnings.
Approach
The E-ran Merchant App initially mirrored the user app in its lack of depth and thoughtfulness required to thrive in today’s competitive market. One of the most notable pain points was the difficulty merchants faced when attempting to upload their menus. The process was overly complicated, compounded by outdated and uninspired design elements.
To address these challenges, we made a complete redesign our highest priority. We focused on transforming the app with a modern, sleek aesthetic and a user-centric interface that prioritized ease of use. Our revamped design allows merchants to navigate the platform effortlessly, whether they’re updating menus, managing inventory, or tracking orders. By creating a more visually appealing and functional experience, we’ve empowered merchants to manage their businesses more efficiently and focus on what truly matters—delivering excellent service to their customers.
Result
We completely reimagined the app from the ground up. The updated Merchant App now boasts a sleek, modern design paired with a more intuitive user experience. We streamlined the menu upload process, making it faster and easier for merchants to showcase their offerings. Enhanced features and improved navigation ensure merchants can efficiently manage their stores, track orders, and update their menus without hassle.
This refreshed app doesn’t just look better—it works smarter, empowering merchants to focus on growing their businesses while offering a smoother, more enjoyable experience for their customers.
